Cancellation Policy

Organic Wellness Spa + Boutique Staff are delighted to create an experience for you that is comfortable, professional, and overall pleasant. We gently ask that you keep in mind, that when you make an appointment, the booked time is preciously reserved for you and you alone.

Sometimes life can simply get in the way, and we completely understand that! However, to ensure that the time and energy of our staff and artists is preserved, we have put into action the following policies regarding scheduling and cancellation:

1) We ask that if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, that you do so 24 hours in advance. This allows us the opportunity to schedule another client for that time/service.

2) Any cancellations/reschedules that occur within 24 hours of your appointment will be subject to a "Late Cancellation Fee", which amounts 50% of the scheduled service.

3) Any client that fails to contact us regarding the cancellation of their appointment and does not show up at their intended time will be subject to a "No-Show Fee", which amounts to 100% of the scheduled service.

4) Any fees will be charged to the card on file. Clients charged a "Late Cancellation Fee" or a "No-Show Fee" will be welcome to schedule their next appointment once the charge goes through. If the charge is declined, your account will be put on hold in our system until that charge is cleared. By having a card on file, you are permitting Organic Wellness Spa + Boutique to charge your card in the event of a late, cancellation, or no-show fee.

We always suggest to our clients that they arrive 5-10 minutes early for their session. This allows us time to check you in and fill out any paperwork (if necessary). 

If you arrive late, even with prior notice, you appointment may be shortened to allow your esthetician to be on time for their next client.

It's a great time at Organic Wellness Spa + Boutique when friends book services together for a day of R&R! However, we cannot accommodate guests sitting in our lobby while your service is being performed, nor will we permit multiple guests in a spa room at once.

Our staff will not be responsible for maintaining or keeping an eye on children, so we respectfully ask that other accommodations be made for your little loved ones during your service time. No exceptions will be made.

If you are feeling the least bit unwell, please inform us as soon as possible.

This is especially the case when you are experiencing fever, cold, blisters, cold sores, or any COVID related symptoms. We will be happy to reschedule your service!

Your overall experience is extremely important to us. Before your service, please let us know of any preexisting medical conditions or special requirements you may need. We will be happy to utilize methods that accommodate you!

IF YOU ARE RECEIVING A MICRODERMABRASION, CHEMICAL PEEL, OR WAX:

Stop all usage of retinoids and AHA's 3 days prior to your treatment. We also do not recommend getting a facial if you recently had or experienced Botox, fillers, sunburn, canker sores, or laser treatments. If this is the case for you and you already have an appointment booked, please contact us immediately and we will happily reschedule your service.

To ensure that your experience, as well as the experience of other clients, is relaxing and enjoyable, you will be asked to silence your cell phone before leaving the lobby/entering the spa zone.

Gratuities are not included in any of our services, however, you are welcomed to add one if you feel so inclined.
